As an independent contractor mental health counselor, you will provide telehealth counseling services to clients. You will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions through our company's HIPAA compliant secure video conferencing and EHR platform.

• Provide individual, couples, and/or group counseling sessions via telehealth
• Conduct initial assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address a range of mental health issues
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals and referral sources as needed

• Master's degree or higher in counseling, psychology, or social work
• Individual NPI number
• Active Michigan state board-approved clinical license (LMSW, LPC, PhD in Clinical Psychology, LLPC, LLMSW, etc.)
• Individual professional malpractice liability insurance policy
• Minimum of 1.5 years of clinical experience in mental health counseling
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
• Able to provide your own computer, reliable internet access, and private, dedicated, office space for client sessions and documentation
• Experience providing telehealth services preferred, but not required
