I work with individuals, couples, families, and groups who are dealing with a range of challenges—whether it’s anxiety, depression, stress, relationship concerns, or past trauma. Together, we will tailor treatment plans that fit your unique needs, using evidence-based therapies such as Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused methods, Person-Centered care, Trauma Focused CBT, and Motivational Interviewing. My goal is to help you find practical steps forward, both during our sessions and with helpful exercises to use in your daily life.


As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor, I hold a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and am proud to be the founder of Your Time Behavioral & Mental Health LLC. Trisha Bryan, LMSW, CCTP, CAADC

I welcome individuals dealing with a variety of challenges, including depression, anxiety, family and relationship issues, career-related, substance abuse, and self-esteem struggles. I utilize techniques like motivational interviewing and cognitive-behavioral therapy to help you clarify your goals and develop practical strategies that fit your life.


As a Licensed Masters Social Worker and Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor, I bring over 20 years of experience working in mental health, substance abuse, and medical social work. I am committed to providing knowledgeable and compassionate care to every client I serve.

Caroline Giblin, MA, LLPC

My guiding principle is to provide a safe, welcoming space where you and your family can start your journey toward healing and wholeness. I approach counseling with flexibility and compassion, drawing from a variety of methods to tailor support to your unique needs. Building trust and meaningful relationships is at the heart of my practice, and I strive to help you develop self-awareness, process emotions, take ownership of your life, and set healthy boundaries. As a Christian and eclectic therapist, I can also offer spiritual growth tools upon request to support your personal development.


I enjoy working with children, teens, young adults, single-parent homes, adoptive families, and multi-generational families. My goal is to help you address challenges such as trauma, emotional struggles, family transitions, and relationship concerns, using practical strategies and a range of therapies. These include Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused and Strengths-Based Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Trauma-Informed Therapy, Psychotherapy, and Group Therapy. I also provide parenting training, classes, retreats, and referrals for residential treatment facilities when needed.


I am a Limited Licensed Professional Counselor with a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a BS in Elementary Education with K-8 certifications in Michigan. In addition, I am a Certified IFOC Chaplain and my background includes more than 30 years of Pastoral Counseling experience. I have worked with four therapy dogs, taught and served as a librarian in public, charter, and Christian schools, and am committed to supporting people from all walks of life.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Michigan and Colorado, with over twenty-five years of counseling experience in both private practice and group home settings. I hold a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling and an undergraduate degree in Human Resource Management. I have also provided professional supervision and taught Masters-level counseling courses.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master of Arts in Counseling from Spring Arbor University. Since 2011, I have provided outpatient therapy to adults, adolescents, children, families, and couples. My experience includes supporting clients as they navigate decision-making, relationships, anxiety, depression, grief, stress and anger management, career transitions, addiction, and challenges related to incarceration. I am trained in Trauma-Focused CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and other evidence-based techniques.
