Carrie Y. Dudley, MS, LPC, CAADC

Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor, with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am also the founder of Your Time Behavioral & Mental Health LLC.


I firmly believe that every person should have access to exceptional mental health care, devoid of any stigma or prejudice. At Your Time Behavioral & Mental Health LLC, we strive to establish a safe, confidential, and nurturing environment where individuals, couples, families, and groups can openly explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. 


My focus is guiding clients in a collaborative process, with their best interests in mind, enabling them to achieve the ultimate goal of beginning to live their finest life now! This is accomplished by developing individualized treatment plans and working toward goals both in-session and outside of session with homework. The therapies I use in treatment include Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Solution Focused, Person-Centered, Trauma Focused CBT, and Motivational Interviewing.

Trisha Bryan, LMSW, CCTP, CAADC

Licensed Masters Social Worker and Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor with over 19 years of experience working in mental health, substance abuse, and medical social work. I enjoy working with individuals attempting to cope with an array of concerns including depression, anxiety, family or relationship issues, career challenges, substance abuse, and self-esteem.


My therapy style is transparent and empathetic. Difficult questions about thoughts and feelings are necessary to assist in getting to the root of those issues that are depriving us from a happy and healthy life. My expectations from those I serve are transparency, trust, and respect. I am a solution-focused therapist who emphasizes on strengths. I use motivational interviewing and cognitive-behavioral therapy approaches. Ultimately, my goal is your goal, and we will develop a treatment plan to meet your specific needs.

Caroline Giblin, MA, LLPC

Limited Licensed Counselor with an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a BS in Elementary Education (K-8 certifications in MI). I have more than 30 years of Pastoral Counseling experience, have trained and provided therapy with 4 therapy dogs, have teaching and librarian experience in Public, Charter and Christian School settings, and also am a Certified IFOC Chaplain. I am a Christian, eclectic therapist, and can also offer helpful spiritual growth tools if requested. 


I work with children, teens, young adults, single-parent homes, adoptive families, and multi-generational families to help clients develop deeper self-awareness, tolerate and process emotions, take ownership of their life, set boundaries, and recover from trauma. I employ a variety of therapies, using additional training acquired in the areas of Motivational Interviewing, Psychotherapy, Solution-Focused/Strengths-Based Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT), Group Therapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS), and Trauma-Informed Therapy. Parenting training/classes, retreats, and referrals for residential treatment facilities can also be provided.

Tim D. Davis, MA, LPC

Licensed Professional Counselor with Michigan and Colorado with  twenty-five years' experience counseling in private practice and high-risk population group home settings. Master’s Degree in Professional Mental Health Counseling with certification for clinical supervision. Undergraduate degree in Human Resource Management. I have also provided professional supervision and taught Masters level counseling classes.


I offer individual, family, group, and couples counseling. Therapeutic sessions offer an opportunity to share deeply in a secure, confidential environment to help foster the healing process. Your Time will be just that, centered on you, your dreams, and your goals.
