When you submit information through Your Time, you grant us permission to use this information for all purposes permitted under our Privacy Policy, including, without limitation, to match you to providers, coordinate your care across treating providers, and submit claims to relevant insurance companies and other transmitting intermediaries (insurance clearing houses, software services that may interface directly with insurance companies and/or clearing houses).
You are solely accountable for their legitimacy and accuracy, and are solely responsible for legal and financial repercussions of submitting fraudulent, illegitimate, or inaccurate information that you provide. Insurance fraud is a Federal crime.
In using our Service, including for purposes of filing reimbursement claims and looking up benefits, you indemnify us against financial loss real or unrealized, liabilities, claims, demands and expenses, including attorney’s fees that may result from your use of our Service.
